What started as a grassroots boulevard party has grown into a vinyl-first gathering space for Chicago music culture, local vendors, guest DJs, artists, dancers, neighbors, and anyone who knows the right record can turn a block into a dance floor.
From disco, boogie, italo, new wave, soul, funk, and house, VOL celebrates the classics that built Chicago’s dance floors while creating space for what comes next.
